Our client is looking to recruit a temporary Program Manager on a fixed term contract to work in their Partner Services & Center of Integrations team. The Center of Integration is an adaptable technical team that supports the integration of the wide-ranging and comprehensive company solution portfolio with 3rd party technologies.



 Managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously

·        Manage and support our technology partners to ensure the successful integration of their solution

·        Use Salesforce to track Partner Progress and ensure they meet all milestones of the integration

·        Interface between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure all issues are resolved

·        Working with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure the purchase order has been processed

·        Ensure successful delivery of company solutions integrated with 3rd party technology to internal teams.

·        Manage and support our technology partners to ensure the successful integration of their solution

·        Deliver projects according to the company Center of Integration Collaboration Process.

·        Deliver project documents that are complete and tested.

·        Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).

·        Assist with the ongoing improvement of the company Center of Integration collaboration approach and delivery methodology

          Program OR Project Manager with at least 5 years&rsquo experience working in the Software domain. Experience working in Business delivery service preferred

          This person needs to be very independent and be able to work on multi projects and generating reports

         The role will report to Snr Director of Partner Services

         Manage multiple projects, managing all project detail of two support technical teams in Asia (Integration Developers who are working on 4/5 projects and Technical Consultants who work on project improvements). Responsible for oversite in deliverables in both Europe and Asia. Manage project details, ensuring deliverable timelines are met and utilisation of reports. 

         Experience in Jira preferred

         Develop, help focus and implement process

         Project Lead Strategic project initiatives with technical consultants. 

Experience required

·         Strong communication skills in verbal and written English to confidently and competently define and communicate complex technical requirements and manage relationships of all stakeholders at various levels within HID Global.

·         Dynamic hard working team player with a lot of drive, enthusiasm and initiative.

·         Meticulous attention to detail to provide quality deliverables that meet accepted requirements.

·         Documented project management skills.

·         Extensive experience with implementation/engineering lifecycles.

·         Good understanding of Physical Access Control industry standards

·         Familiar with the Agile process and experience in using Jira, Salesforce, and Oracle

·         Experience in Customer Support would be preferred


·         BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
