The role of the Service/Logistics Coordinator is to assist with all the Logistics business within teh company.  This role will require that the company&rsquos high-quality standards are maintained across the business, with continuous improvement.
·         Be the first point of contact for clients who have technical issues, logging, keeping records of issues and following up on same ensuring that issues are resolved in a proactive and timely manner.
·         Reporting hardware & connectivity issues to 2nd level support to determine if a call out is required.
·         Prioritise and plan the callouts and daily routes including installation of audio & digital media.  Communicate schedules to the installation & management team.
·         Ensure clear and timely internal information flow to all contract Logistics staff across Ireland.
·         Other requirements which will become apparent within the role.
·         High level of computer literacy, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
·         Be organised and highly efficient.
·         Experience within a fast paced and high-volume business, with the ability to prioritise based on business needs.
·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals and organisations.
·         In-depth knowledge of Irish road network.
·         Ability to work both on own initiative and in a team environment.
·         Experience in a similar role is desirable.
·         Fluent English.
