Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for their expanding company. This role involves the processing of customer orders and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Processing all sales orders onto company system

Follow up on Sales correspondence

Outbound Calls/Emails
-
Sales Campaigns
-
Admin Support for sales team and customers
-
Order processing/Order entry
-
Handle customer and account manager inquiries by phone and email.

Maintain excellent relationships with customers

Perform varied administrative duties
Essential Criteria
-
Experience dealing with customers on the telephone in a customer service or sales environment.

Proven ability to multi task
-
Proven ability to organise and prioritise work tasks
-
Excellent written & verbal communication Skills
-
Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and have good accurate typing skills
-
Car driver
