IT Executive Administration Assistant
The IT Executive Administration Assistant position will provide Executive administrative support for the VP, Information Technology, and is responsible for the management overview of IT contracts, purchasing, licensing, and renewals for the Global IT function of the company.
The role will work with the global team and all vendors. Working with the team to define systems and reporting methods that provide visibility of IT spend activities throughout  the company. Also, working closely with Finance to ensure that the IT profit and loss accounts are being recorded and reported correctly. The role is key to the efficient management of assets and ensuring compliance across the company.
Based in Galway, Ireland, this position reports into the VP of Information Technology
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
·           Provide Executive Admin support for the VP, Information Technology, including travel planning, expenses administration etc.
·           Assisting with PowerPoint presentations when required
·           Creating and maintaining schedule of contract renewal and maintenance renewals for all IT systems
·           Working with the Finance team, inspect the IT P&L to ensure correct allocations and postings
·           Working with the Service Delivery team, maintain a full register of software licenses and monitor compliance
·           Working with the IT Service Team, create a full register of Key IT Assets and maintain that list
Education and/or Experience
·           Experienced Executive Admin
·           Good background in Purchasing and Administration
·           Vendor Management
·           Basic understanding of accounting
·           Excellent communicator
·           IT Asset controls and management
·      Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
·           Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical                       standards, etc.
·      Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
·      Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
Other Work Requirements
·      Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
·       Must be legally eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
