Junior QA Inspector
The Junior  QA Inspectors role is to approve incoming materials by confirming specifications: conducting visual and measurement tests rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
-       Inspect materials and follow set procedures
-       Develop master samples and file in an orderly fashion
-       Labelling of approved and rejected materials
-    Where necessary raise supplier corrective actions for any non-conforming materials. Help ensure these are closed out in a timely manner
-       Proper filing of inspection results
-       Review of standard operation procedures and update where necessary
-     Calibration of incoming inspections equipment Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures: complying with legal regulations
-       To carry out finished goods inspection for all products manufactured and or packaged prior to product release and shipment..
-       To follow through on any corrective actions or deviations raised against particular batches.
-       To ensure that sufficient retains are stored and organized in such a way that allows them to be easily accessed.
-       To ensure that all batch documentation is filed and stored in such a way that any batch can be easily accessed.
-       To carry out GMP walks as required.
-       To assist with the approval of Packaging Work Orders.
-       To assist with the writing and updating of QA procedures as appropriate
-       To ensure timely feedback on queries.
-    To carry out duties as may be assigned by the Quality Supervisor / Manager.
-     -  Bachelor&rsquos degree in a science-based discipline with a minimum of 1-2 years&rsquo  experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with working knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA Guidelines.
-  Health & Safety requirements (eg. Manual Handling Training)
