Telesales/Sales Support Rep
An experienced Telesales/Sales Support repersentative urgenetly required for a fast growing company based in Galway City. This person will be a key contributor in a dynamic and rapidly growing business segment.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.   Other language(s) an advantage (French, German, Polish, Russian)
·       -  This person must have effective selling skills, up to date telecommunication          and  cold call skills, as well as good interpersonal skill.
·       -  Demonstrate time management, communication, decision-making, presentation    and organization skills.
·       -  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
·       -  Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short-term and/or   long term tasks and project assignments on time
·        - Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere and supportive to the team goal.
·        - Must have the ability to work with and deal with various languages and cultures.
·        - Professional appearance and presentation is required.
·       - Must demonstrate customer focused mentality.
·       - Set up new customer account, manage account update in CRM tools, ensure all document in CRM tools is compliant to internal requirements. Directly solicit for new account information and discuss commercial terms with customers.
·       -  Provide quotations, review and screen POs and champion demand forecast in     Sales and Operations (S&OP) process.
·       -  Set up Pricing and Special Quotes in CRM tools. Coordinate with customers     and sales team to ensure all information is precise and accurate for   management approval.
·        - Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and Finance for supporting           sales orders and sample orders
·       -  Liaise with internal support teams on satisfying special customer requirements     on POs.
·        - Provide support to trade shows. Qualify and follow through leads to identify         opportunities.
Education and Experience:
·       - Associate degree or equivalent training and experience in sales, or customer service organisation.
·       -  Minimum 2+ years&rsquo experience in tele-sales, inside sales, sales assistant or account management. Experience in supporting direct OEM accounts is an advantage.
·         Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
·         Other language(s) an advantage (French, German, Polish, Russian)
·         Travel and fieldwork includes occasional international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid Passport.
