Telesales Repersentative - French
Categorization and management of leads: Process Sales Leads from available sources i.e. campaigns, events, enter new leads to SFDC, assign to Sales Manager/APP partner, monitor, record and report results.
Record and maintain client Global CRM tool to maximize opportunities.
Log and follow up on opportunities for up selling of added technology, products and/or services.
Provide ongoing data combing and cleaning within SFDC to maintain accuracy of records.
Manage and perform lead qualification (inquiry) tasks: Plan, implement, conduct and record call, email and direct mail campaigns.
Uncover and qualify new projects and opportunities for our Regional Sales teams.
Plan and conduct presentation of company Issuance Solutions to resellers & end users via phone, direct mail and email.
Conduct outbound campaigns, coordinate for projects and other sales activities maintaining and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide complete and professional communications to prepare and conduct product demonstration & webinars for lead qualification and relationship building purposes. Communicate these results and action items through SFDC .
Develop (per geo/%in bound-outbound/new-SoW biz/campaign) and report on metrics to clearly demonstrate lead management performance.
Serve as a central point to help better communicate with our team internally (Operations, Customer Service & Logistics), the Sales Team and our channel partners in EMEA.
Use HID tools and guides to help customers identify and properly purchase HID products.
Own the Inside Sales phone and email queues.
Produce monthly reports on KPIs for the RSMs by sub-region.
Qualifications & Experience
Associate degree or equivalent training and experience in sales, territory sales or customer service.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in inside sales or account management.
Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement.
Effective sales skills and up to date telecommunication and cold call skills.
Effective and proven contact management database skills.
Experience with working on projects and evidence of delivering to deadlines.
Demonstrated time management, and organization skills: Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short-term and/or long term tasks and project assignments on time.
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional appearance and presentation as required
Ability to effectively communicate in the English/French/(the region of ion) language verbally and in writing
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
Experience working with web based tools, Oracle and Salesforce
Involved in occasional business trips or to attend trade shows therefore, employee must possess or can acquire a driver's license, a credit card, and a passport.
Must be legally eligible to work in the Ireland
