Description

                                         Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage Industrial Project launch

  • Manage the overall Project Milestones & Timing of Camera Manufacturing Launch into Daughter site in line with Mother Site standards / requirements
  • Manage & co-ordinate Project with Daughter Site on weekly basis.
  • Manage Project objectives in line with manufacturing standards.
  • Align and ensure full process validation by customer
  • Validate capacity availability and investments in production site, is accountable for ramp-up phases deliveries
  • Check and validate Project Team Members activities to achieve milestones.
  • Specifically support the co-ordination of build scheduling and Engineering Changes to ensure that project milestones are met with minimal impact to operational efficiency and costs.

Manage Industrial Budget

  • Launch and define budget for IAR requirementsManage budget (inline with approved IAR)Report progress development progress to PMC & PVC with control of associated Project Manager

Manage Industrial Operations

  • Ensure Industrial KPIs are achieved for Launch Ramp in line with Targets.
  • Analysis & Align Industrial Planning to MTP / Budget
  • Ensure Capex Budget in place in time to meet Industrial time-lines &ndash IAR, Budget development etc.

Coordinate communication towards customer

  • Play the interface role between the Project development team located in Development Center and the customer

Promote and control application of Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) during project launches

  • Respect company Code of ethics
  • Respect health, safety and environment charts and requirements
  • Ensure Project manufacturing development through activities defined in CIP & Project Management Handbook

 

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements

  • Engineering degree / diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial/Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
  • Personal skills to manage functional organization

Professional Experience

  • 3 / 5 years knowledge of Automotive development & delivery
  • Knowledge of Automotive Standards/Requirements.Knowledge of Budget Management
  • Successful development experience as Process Engineering or equivalent
